[wp-hackers] Amount of estimated developer-hours in Wordpress?

Some clients require something to be built bespoke, because they shy away
from GPL, or they have some ridiculous "security by obscurity"
specification. In these cases, they often expect something with the same
robustness and usability as, for instance, Wordpress, but they think a $100
000, or sometimes even less, would cut it, and they want it in three months.
It's handy to then have these estimates ready when quoting to try and swing
them to the "right" side.
