[wp-hackers] custom page template

I own the site www.whowillwinthe2012election.com/wordpress and I need a custom page template for this page    The page lists the people who blog on my site.

I want the page to have 3 sections for democrat bloggers, republican bloggers, and independant bloggers.  Each of those 3 sections will have a logo or political picture of some sort.  I want it to be very clean and unique looking because it is a highly visited page on the site.
