[wp-hackers] Upload directory constant

Is there a constant or another proper way to get the path of the uploads
directory besides "WP_CONTENT_DIR . '/uploads'"?  I couldn't spot one in my
brief search, but if anyone knows off the top of your head, I'd appreciate
the pointer.
