[wp-hackers] wp_enqueue_script() and URLs with 2+ parameters

Would anyone mind outlining how to enqueue a script by hooking the
footer?  I wasn't sure that this was possible.  I believe you still
have to hook wp_head or wp_print_scripts to enqueue a script for the
footer.

If it isn't actually possible perhaps we can patch that up?
