Especially ironic, seeing as the article is on fixed vs. fluid layouts.

But we must digress, back on topic. This is, as mentioned, in the domain
of themes. Additionally, the original idea mentions WordPress having a
"print view". This should be handled by print stylesheets in the themes
and is absolutely nothing to do with WordPress.
