Thanks everyone, it is now much clearer to me how to proceed. And yes  
I did use __e() with all of my text, and included the language domain  
as the 2nd param (using the name of my plugin). I will load them up  
tonight and see what they look like. I also plan on sending it to some  
non-technical folks that speak the language to get a 2nd opinion on  
the text and how it reads.
