AW: [wp-hackers] Update of non GPL-Plugins (was Plugin licenses)

The same actually applies to plugin developers who choose not to host
their source code at wp.org for whatever reasons - and there are a lot
of these. 2.7 increases the almost insistent drive to have them hosted
there and your average user will believe what they see there is what
is available. This disenfranchises users and those developers.
Allowing an entry in the plugin list re-directed to the plugins home
url would correct this situation and I cannot see that anyone would
lose out by it.
