[wp-hackers] wp-admin in flux, expect bizarre CSS glitches

It's positioned with CSS, so a plugin could easily do this. I'm sure they
will consider it for other languages (which read from right to left),
anyway.

Wait for the final release so you can see exactly the CSS you will need to
override, as this may change before the end.
