Hi Frank. There are a few changes to the header that have been made in  
design that haven't been turned into code yet, but will be very soon.  
In the revised header, there is no more breadcrumb, and the screen  
titles are back. The Options tab is in line with the screen title, so  
it will not run into the blog name, even if it is long.
