Still doesn't help, the URL is hard-coded in the post. You'd need to
add a filter to the_content and search/replace the URL.

Finally, a use for the my-hacks.php file!
If you have enabled my-hacks support, then you can put anything you
like in that file and it'll load just before every plugin. No need to
enable squat.

I disagree, it just makes things harder for plugin developers, and to
no real benefit for anybody else.
