[wp-hackers] AjaxWp enhancement

Some enhancements before I would even think about using this on my sites;
*  Better URL's, the 'real' URL of the page would be needed because many
people copy/paste this
*  Don't load the page if it's already open (I was on the download page,
clicked on the link to the same page and it loaded the page again, it should
recognise where I am)

After that, I might use it. Maybe :P
