[wp-hackers] Error in wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2683

Hi all,
Just updated to revision 9630, tried logging in and I see the following
message:

*Parse error*: syntax error, unexpected T_SL in */home/.capriciously/alexhs/
hempsworth.com/wp/wp-admin/includes/template.php* on line *2683*

This appears on all admin pages which I manually attempt to visit, front-end
pages and wp-login.php are unaffected.
