[wp-hackers] hooks for admin comment reply form?

I have a plugin that tests comments before allowing them.  In the  
comment form it inserts a field that must be filled out before the  
comment is accepted.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for inserting that field so  
it shows up in  the Admin "reply to comment" form(s)?  Right now the  
plugin is blocking all of those because the form isn't being filled it  
(because it doesn't exist...).
