[wp-hackers] Span to wp_list_pages

wp_list_pages and wp_list_bookmarks in 2.7 have 2 new parameters  
link_before and link_after. these allow you to add text or html inside  
the <a> tags around the text. This hack is the exact reason I pushed  
for ticket #5652
