[wp-hackers] Trailing Slash on Template Tags

None - would just stop you from having to add the slash every time you use
the tag...
And would be intelligent since all directories should have a trailing slash
since they are diretories and not files...

As I said before: I don't care if there is a automatic "/" or not... I just
wanted to point out there is no harm when it is added... so if one really
wants to do it it isn't too late since you wouldn't break anything...
