Please let's not discuss this again. See the ticket Ozh linked to for
details. If you don't want the BrowseHappy logo, write a plugin that
hooks into admin_head and inserts the following CSS:

#bh { display: none; }

I neither agree nor disagree that BrowseHappy should be displayed for
IE7 but Matt has made it clear it's not going anywhere (at least as
far as IE7 is concerned).
