[wp-hackers] Idea: Plugin Version Limitation

I was thinking about something like this lately, but my conclusion
(for what it's worth) is that it would lead to more trouble than gain.
Most plugins on wp.org/extend are tagged compatible up to XXX because
they were made when it was version XXX. Now we have version YYY,
plugin still runs fine but the author didn't update the readme.txt to
bump version compatibility up.
