[wp-hackers] Summer of Code: Plugin Installation from Web Interface [Mid-term update]

The progress bar I made should be pretty generic. I'm just clearing PHP's
output buffer each time I need to make an update (forcing the page to
display everything echo'd so far), and with one line of jQuery, I change the
width of the inner box of the progress bar.
