[wp-hackers] simplest way to handle pagination with an admin page added via a hook

Actually, doing it using the standard loop was just a matter of adding the
regular pagination stuff - if you look at edit.php, the important bits are
inside wp()

I ended up NOT using the standard loop and so ended coming to a dead-end. I
figure eventually someone will figure it out for me, especially after it
becomes necessary in this new plugin.
