I just looked at that now. IMHO, it should be PAGE first then POST. 
Reason being is, when the user installs 2.5 for first time, they'd want 
to most likely write a PAGE first. Like, an About page, Contact page, 
etc etc. Then get into writing Posts. But, who knows though. Everyone is 
different.
