[wp-hackers] Codex function page proposal

[Brian Krausz]

I'm interested, but I have to see how my bandwidth plays out first...I have
a few projects that I'm waiting to hear back on.  I'm on wp-docs, so I'll
stop replying here and wait for the convo to move there.
