[wp-hackers] wp-config variables add commented out?

Hi,

I've helped some friends lately, and one hadn't discovered WP_SITEURL
and WP_HOME, and in a few other situations, it would have been
convenient if I could just uncomment the DEBUG define.

There is a great tradition in having the config variables included in
the file commented out. Is this not the WordPress way?
