[wp-hackers] Plugins Directory: Updating the "Tested up to" value

Sorry, I forgot to clarify -- I use trunk for my stable and a folder in
"branches" (if need be) for unstable. This is because WP.org used to serve
tag zip files with the version number on the folder name forcing users to
rename their folders before uploading.
