You may want to consider making your client platform-independent. I've
wanted a comment client for a while, but even though I have a
Vista-Linux dual boot, no single program is worth booting into Vista.

I think a large number of professionals who are using WordPress to the
extent that they need a client are also likely to be using a
non-windows operating system.
