[wp-hackers] WP svn create and mass upgrade scripts

In case these are useful to anyone managing a lot of scattered WP  
installs, I've posted my WP installation and management scripts:

Question: Even though these aren't plugins, is it possible to put them  
into the Extend plugins directory? Or would that just be confusing /  
inappropriate?
