[wp-hackers] Creating tables using dbDelta

Hi All,

Sometime back I was reading the codex page about creating new tables through
Plugin at http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_Tables_with_Plugins and used
the sample code in my Plugins.

But now when I look at this page, I could see that their is a difference and
the file which is included is a different one. Earlier it was
wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php and now it is wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php

Was this change specific to WordPress 2.5?
