All in good fun indeed. The way I see it, it's a win-win situation.
Regardless of the outcome, we all end up with a ton of experience we  
can reuse professionally.
But there is a part of me that's a bit worried that we're just  
duplicating our efforts.
The two sides of the coin that is competition. :)
