[wp-hackers] Release today -- 58 tickets still marked as open against 2.3 milestone

I think that's what happened with Vista, everything was marked off for SP1! 

Except I have some of the developers' words that not a single bug was left
"unresolved" before they sent it off. (now what constitutes "resolved" is
another matter)

Is that what we're trying to do here?
