[wp-hackers] PHPMailer was a mistake

I'm not sure - I think they will relay traffic on port 25, so long as it
originates from localhost and not a foreign IP. At least, that's the default
on the shared servers I've tested and the default setting on Windows Server
2003 (yeah, I know :P).
