The template_redirect hook will replace the actual output with yours.
<?php
function mycontent() {
if ('bar' == $_GET['foo']) {
?>
<html>
<head>
<title>foo</title>
</head>
<body>
foobar
</body>
</html>
<?php
exit; // important!
}
}
add_action('template_redirect', 'mycontent');
?>
Kind regards,
Alex
