Hi John,
Thanks for the input. This is hard to define as a bug, as it happens to
every "drag and drop" usage I have ever seem on the web, including
WordPress' Widgets and even igoogle.com (try draging an element to the right
side and you will notice the scrollbar). What could be done is preventing
horizontal scrolling, but that would have terrible side-effects. I think
there is no problem in this behavior.
