I would love to help test this. I know I couldn't be of much help with 
the PHP coding and database query coding and so forth, but testing is 
one thing I CAN do, and would love to do! =D I'll send an email if this 
is ok? Or, are you only taking developers of this project, then having 
testers come aboard later? As for where to discuss this, I still think 
that this list is the better place for it:

It was created for discussions regarding Wiki and so forth. Wp-hackers 
is AN OK place to discuss it, if it's not a huge in depth discussion. 
However, maybe if, and when, that project gets off the ground enough, 
and you would like some testers and or want to present a 
some_what_finished project it would be ok...? I'm not sure though, maybe 
others will disagree with me, maybe not... All I know is, I'd love to 
help test it! Let's get the party started! =D
