Depending on what your needs are as far as public commenting, your
usage pattern might be a little more in line with message-board
software rather than a blog. I manage a community site with a couple
dozen active users at <http://tron09.com>, and it's all PunBB and
MediaWiki under the hood, with a little custom script pulling the
"News" and "Sweet Links" into the homepage.
