[wp-hackers] The term_group column

Term groups kinda just float in space. I find that column and its
functionality to be perplexing.
*cough*
It sure would be nice if a core-dev or some such could shed some light on
how it was intended to be used/what it was included to be used for; because
that sure would help my (our?) understanding.
