Anyone could have created this account; it's just a free GMail
address, not automattic-hosted. There have been no announcements
on-list affirming the actual instantiation of such a policy. Until
there is confirmation from a respectable non-anonymous, I'm going to
treat it the same as random trolling: ignore it and move on.
