[wp-hackers] Invalid Server Response

Hello,

I need a bit of direction.  I'm getting an "Invalid Server Response" error
with Windows Live Writer, even with all plug-ins disabled, with WP 2.1.3.
The more verbose form of the error is:

	"The response to the metaWeblog.newPost method received from the
weblog server was invalid."

With Qumana, I get:

	"Error decoding XML-RPC response. Content is not allowed in prolog."

Before I do a grade-and-pave (a clean reinstall), is there any other
information that I can provide to help someone debug this?
