ŒaddLoadEvent¹ turned nothing up in the codex so...

One of my plugins needs to perform a Windows Onload (across all admin views)
so I am planning to use the addLoadEvent function to add my function to.
My question is simply can anyone tell me when the addLoadEvent function was
added to the admin header? I just need to work out how backward compatible
it is ­ i.e. Which WP version...
