[wp-hackers] SOAP Interface

Hello,

I've created a SOAP interface for WordPress.  It's mostly a port of the
existing XML-RPC code.

I'm interested in proposing this as an addition to the delivered WP code.  I
read the Codex, but I'm not 100% clear on the next step.  Should I create a
ticket for something like this?
