[wp-hackers] Hooks for adding permanent inputs for custom feilds

Definite +1 on the custom field integration.

It should include a distinction between fields added to editors for  
Posts, Pages, or Both.

(I was easily able to hack the plugin to also add the fields to  
Pages.  As-is, it only adds them to the Post edit screen.  I wouldn't  
readily know how to make different sets of fields appear on each of  
those screens though....)
