[wp-hackers] Atom Publishing Protocol work - Ticket 4191

OK, yet another question, even though this thread is now dead. :P

The current specification of the Atom Publishing Protocol/Atom API  
would be... where? Has it seriously been dead since December of 2003?  
And as for PHP implementations, how much would would you say this  
(http://www.isolani.co.uk/blog/atom/PhpAtomApiImplementation) covers?

I know this really isn't the place for Atom API discussion, but,  
really... what is? ;)
