Parts of it are stable, and parts _are_ implemented. <canvas> is  
implemented in WebKit, Gecko, and Presto. The parsing algorithm is  
being used when bugs in their current parsers are being found, and  
the HTML5 parsing algorithm fixes it. Presto supports all of Web  
Forms 2.0. A large part of HTML 5 is merely documenting what browsers  
already do, but is completely unspecified.
