Yep.. I've seen that too.
The difference is, Google Syndication (AdSense) is added to a site via
JavaScript hotlinked from their servers - not even an iframe w/ Google as a
source or (as other ad providers do to avoid this very problem) an image tag
with the source pointing to a dynamic URI.
In my experience, it's only JavaScript that can do this (Ajax Slowdown -
caused by the same thing).... JavaScript breaks a lot of the web! :)
