[wp-hackers] making the code editor the default view

I'd prefer the editing mode set per post and saved along with that post,
and in an ideal world have some administration of who can change to what
mode where - though this is probably plugin territory.

So maybe have a user_editmode_preference & post_editmode_restriction

(where post_editmode_restriction > user_editmode_preference ;-) )
