[wp-hackers] Error: CHECKOUT 403 Forbidden

Nope, I am 100% sure that the username/password is correct because I am able to commit my other older plugins without any problems. I am sure dash is allowed because my other older plugins is also using dash. Check out http://dev.wp-plugins.org/browser/wp-pluginsused.
 
Apparently some of the users have similar problem Like (Pistos) http://wordpress.org/support/topic/110659?replies=9
