It isn't actually. BCNF would be having a separate taxonomy lookup table. An even more normalised
form would be having separate tags, categories and link cat tables, as well as the associated
post2cat, post2tag etc. While initially I thought that would be the best way to go about it, Ryan's
proposal actually makes much more sense in terms of being mostly normalised while future proofing
without lots of future db alterations. A nice compromise.
