[wp-hackers] Atom Export format

Hi Wordpressers,

Elliotte Harold tells me there has been some discussion here about  
the use of an XML-based import/export format. I would  suggest that  
it is in everyone's interest to settle on a single format for import/ 
export of content to/from all blogging engines.

I have a proposal for just such a format, based on Atom syndication  
(with elements from APP and Atom Feed Threads).
