I know that this will be controversial, but I recommend "Normal" and "HTML
Code".

I'm sure almost everyone on this list (and many the WordPress forums) will
instinctively recoil from the label "Normal", but the average Office-using
person actually considers WYSISYG normal rather than a special feat of
arcane magic.  It's easy to make fun, but really, why shouldn't they?
