> How are you handling updates vs new releases?

For now it's the same thing.  If you update your plugin's info, such
as changing the version number, your plugin gets relisted on the front
page as being updated.  I'll be keeping on eye on that, and if it
becomes a point of abuse (authors always making minor changes to
relist their plugin), I'll make changes so that only updates to the
version number warrant a relisting.
