[wp-hackers] Thoughts on Ultimate Tag Warrior

UTW is installed an in use on my site, although I don't feel all that
strongly about them. Tag clouds don't excite me. I do think, however, that
at least some part of UTW could be in the core because I know that many
people consider tagging to be essential.

I don't notice any load, but I have a low-volume site so it really doesn't
matter that much anyway.
