[wp-hackers] Inline documentation

I'm personally of the opinion that keeping a separate copy of the 
complete source code is going to be inefficient and troublesome to 
maintain. Is there not some better way?

Perhaps a carefully thought out wiki sort of thing?

But yes, +1 for having documentation and another +1 for keeping it 
outside of core.
